SERGEN Load Playlist

Terms of Use

Last updated: 21 September 2026. These terms govern sergen.be and the Sergen Stream mobile/TV app.

1. Nature of the service
Sergen is a media player. It does not provide, host or sell any TV channel, film or other content; you connect your own sources (M3U/Xtream). You are responsible for the legality and availability of your sources.
2. Contracting party and contact
Sergen Stream — operated by 2Run (Halil Ertekin), Rollekens 83, 2400 Mol, Antwerpen, Belgium · Company no. (KBO) 1038.480.317 · VAT BE 1038.480.317 · halil@2run.be · 2run.be Questions: halil@2run.be
3. Prices (VAT included)
The price is €5.99 per device, one-off, all taxes included; no subscription or automatic renewal. An activation bought on this site (Mollie) is tied to one device; it can be moved to a new device after email verification, which deactivates the old one. An activation bought through the App Store or Google Play is tied to your store account (Apple ID / Google account) and works on the devices you use with that account.
4. 14-day trial
Every device gets full functionality free for 14 days from first setup. After that the app locks until activation. The trial is tied to your device id.
5. Right of withdrawal and digital-content exception
As a consumer you have a 14-day withdrawal right without giving any reason (WER Art. VI.47). However, because you purchase digital content/a digital service, this right lapses if you pay expressly acknowledging that delivery — instant access upon activation — begins immediately and that this ends your withdrawal right (Art. VI.53/1). The activation step asks for this consent separately.
6. Conformity and support
We provide reasonable support via halil@2run.be so that the advertised functions of app and portal work. Interruptions caused by your streaming source (provider down, address change, DNS loss, suspended account) are not product defects.
7. Liability
Except where the law mandates otherwise we are not liable for indirect damages; this limitation does not apply to gross negligence, intent, or death/personal injury.
8. Abuse
Automated bulk use of the portal, unauthorised pairing of other people's devices, or disrupting the service leads to access being blocked.
9. Complaints and disputes
Write to us first: halil@2run.be. If unresolved, a Belgian consumer may take the dispute free of charge to the Ombudsdienst voor de Consument / Service de médiation pour le consommateur (North Gate II, Koning Albert II-laan 8, 1000 Brussels, ombudsdienst.be).
10. Governing law
Belgian law applies. Consumers may bring proceedings before the courts of their place of residence; this does not affect mandatory statutory rights.
11. Changes to these terms
Material changes are announced on this site and in the app at least 14 days in advance and take effect for existing devices only after that notice period.
